Speedy Glass

Challenge:

New ownership. Business wasn’t flourishing. Staff weren’t happy, nor were they busy. Essentially needed to re-launch the Speedy brand into Grande Prairie. Had a lot of old windshield inventory that was either shipped wrong, or the customer didn’t purchase after being ordered in.

Solution:

Take ownership of their social media and get people talking about Speedy. Ran some Facebook campaigns to try to find odd Make/Models to try to move those windshields at a discount. Run different social media campaigns to promote different aspects of the business (Aquapel, wiper blades, Rock chip repair). Consulted on staffing decisions, market perception. Wrote and negotiated radio ad buys. Filmed a short video outlining the process of getting a rock chip repaired. Assisted with hiring ads on Indeed and Facebook. Handled some digital design.

Outcome:

Customers started reaching out for pricing through social media. Business began picking up. Moved a few of the odd windshield/side windows. Speedy GP eventually became top franchise in Canada. Keep it rollin’ Leeanne!
