Sticky’s Candy

Challenge:

Wanted to find a way to reach more customers without needing to spend thousands each month on marketing. Frank the owner isn’t fluent in Facebook nor does he have much desire or time to be. Frank is a great operator, was seeking outside assistance and was referred to us. Working with Frank and his store, Sticky’s Candy has been satisfying and entertaining.

Solution:

Have Ignite manage the Sticky’s Facebook and Instagram Pages. We take photos/videos for content when product arrives. Design and manage different contests/giveaways. Network Sticky’s with other local businesses for cross promotions. Also came up with a radio campaign “feeling nostalgic” that had great legs. Helped out with Canada/Santa parades when timing worked out.

Outcome:

Facebook page has grown from 1700 followers to 3600+ since we were brought on board. Instagram following has grown. We’ve received feedback from multiple professionals in the industry about how well the page is managed! Forged new relationships in the community.
