Property Rental Business
Challenge:
Cherry Tree Holdings sought to establish a direct connection with consumers looking for commercial space. The specific objective was to ensure that individuals searching for office space for rent or business spaces in Grande Prairie via Google would be immediately presented with the available vacancies in their newly acquired property, the Peace Building.
Solution:
We developed a comprehensive strategy focused on branding, digital presence, and targeted search engine advertising.
Key solutions delivered included:
- Website Development: Creation of a professional website designed to convey what the company has to offer. Namely, three types of rental properties.
- Branding & Design: The logo was developed through the marketing team, offering many of options to consider and involving a lot of feedback from the client while coordinating the colors of the brand.
- Social Media: Setting up initial social media channels, including Facebook. The social media arrangement remains ongoing.
- Targeted Advertising: Implementation of a strategic Google Adwords campaign. This campaign monitors the demand in the market, allowing Cherry Tree Holdings to track how many people are looking for office spaces in the area each day. The budget can be adjusted to be either aggressive or cost-effective based on this demand, with a goal of getting in front of at least 80% of those relevant searches.
Outcome:
The digital strategy yielded positive results very quickly. A few weeks after website launch, three of the four available suites are already confirmed to be rented.
The client stated that the outcomes have turned out very well. The ongoing Google Ads arrangement enables the client to monitor the need or demand in the market, allowing them to adjust their strategy accordingly.

Testimonial:
“So far it’s turned out very well. I thought I liked how the design team coordinated the colors of the brand. They were quite responsive to me as I kind of readjusted the plan of how we’ve had the information presented. They were easy to communicate with and at the end of the day I feel like when people visit our website they feel that it is both professional but also run by humans with personalities instead of just kind of a corporate structure.”
