Challenge:
Kakwa needed to add new (Barkman) products/services to website for a new vendor. Needed more photos for website, and social media. Needed bench ads re-designed. Barkman Concrete Products needed to be launched, advertised. Wanted to target different customer bases using different platforms, leverage social marketing. Weren’t seeing much value in radio campaigns. Ownership doesn’t have the time to manage their marketing when it’s busy season. Better to be pro-active. Appeal to DIYer’s.
Solution:
Partner with Ignite. We renegotiated radio buys, bus benches, wrote new ads. Updated the website content, added new products with images. Wrote and recorded Jingles. Created a slogan. Essentially we homogenized their marketing to be consistent. In peak season, we run targeted ads on Facebook. Take photos of different completed projects. We also just started rolling out some Adwords campaigns, stay tuned.
Outcome:
Sales are up year over year. Barkman product has been doing exceptionally well. Lots of positive customer feedback on the radio jingles. Expanded the yard/sales area to serve clients better. Currently building a new showroom on-site. More space for more volume. Facebook following is growing, along with sales.
