Brandon Kerschbaumer

Co-Founder & CEO

Brandon studied Radio and Television Arts at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT). He has worked a lot of different jobs through the years, but radio though — whether organizing special events or writing, recording, producing and selling ads — has always had a special place in his heart. However, he wanted to break free of the restrictions that came with being part of large organizations.

Now, with Ignite, Brandon says he appreciates being able to give his creativity free reign. He’s a self-professed data nerd and loves that his work is never boring and suits his endlessly optimistic outlook. Ignite allows him to have fresh take on the business world and has been successful in injecting new ideas and finding ways for clients to be successful through different strategies. Working as a radio rep locally was one of the best experiences of his life. On the daily, he got to sit with business owners and managers from so many different categories of business, gaining a unique perspective into their marketing challenges, and through that experience, he was introduced to his business partner Coree-Ann and the best business mentor in the game, Dennis Chopko.

When Brandon’s not deep in data-driven research or strategic planning, he can often be found immersed in music, writing jingles, playing guitar, piano or drums in Ignite’s in-office music studio (the ‘lab’). He’d otherwise be spending time with his wife and 3 kids or seeking an endorphin high with snowboarding or playing basketball.

Coree-Ann McGonigle

Co-Founder & COO

Coree-Ann is a natural at easily connecting with and relating to others. While running Ignite, her effective communication skills allow her to quickly understand and determine what her clients need. During her time in radio, she realized that marketing went well beyond the radio industry and knew it was time for change.

Having graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a Major in Marketing from the University of British Columbia-Okanagan, beginning a Marketing Firm seemed to have always been in the cards. Radio was her niche before launching Ignite. In this fast-paced world she specialized in advertising sales, content creation and production. Now Coree-Ann puts this experience to work every day at Ignite, in tandem with her background in business and marketing. Her drive and passion are what keeps her going.

Outside of work, Coree-Ann can often be found spending time with her family roasting hot dogs around a fire. If you can’t find her there, she might be tending to her chickens, pigs, garden or, honeybees at home.

Tomas Krejcar

Senior Web Developer

Tomas has a unique combination of artistic talents, logical thinking and a passion for programming made website design a natural choice for him.

For many years Tomas ran his own web design business out of Beaverlodge. Recently, in order to be able to offer more comprehensive services and focus on his core skillset, he has joined forces with Ignite Marketing & Productions. Tomas also lived in his native country for six years while working for a software design company in the Czech Republic. He has an Associates Degree focused in Web Design from BCIT but he is proud of his ability to learn and problem solve on his own.

Tomas has too many interests to list them all. When he’s not working on the computer he likes oil painting and creative crafts. He likes to spend time at home with his wife and four kids teaching them arts and programming.

Gagan Kaur Dhillon

Marketing Coordinator

Gagan joined the Ignite team as a practicum student while completing her Business and Digital Marketing Management Diploma from CDI College.

Her diverse background and experiences have equipped her with many useful skills which she is able to apply to the field of digital marketing. Gagan is creative, resourceful and a great team player. As the Marketing Coordinator at Ignite, Gagan is a critical thinker who is quick on her feet and a great problem solver. She has strong communication skills and is an excellent creative writer.

When she is not in work-mode, Gagan likes spending time outdoors, “I am looking forward to exploring Northern Alberta and BC”, she says. She also enjoys baking, reading, playing the harmonium, learning and trying new things, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends.
